After more than 15 years collaborating with designers, procurement, and ownership/ management professionals in the hospitality, multifamily, and senior living markets, I’m proud to introduce ROC Hospitality Resource—a fresh new chapter born from the acquisition of Turner Hospitality Resource.
When presented with the opportunity to acquire Turner Hospitality from industry veteran Lisa Turner after her 25 successful years in the business, I knew it was the chance of a lifetime. I am honored to carry forward the impressive legacy she built—and inspired to begin creating my own.
While our name is new, our values remain unchanged. Great relationships, trusted vendors, and personal service are still at the center of everything we do. Your trust remains the heart of our business.

The Inspiration Behind Our Name
ROC Hospitality is a tribute to our three beloved Labrador Retrievers—Riley, Olivia, and Callie—who represent the loyalty, warmth, and energy we bring to our business and all of our relationships. (Olivia and Callie are still with us today!)
OUR TEAM
Brian Mork, Founder & Principal
Born and raised in the Midwest, I started my sales career after graduating from college in Wisconsin—and a brief stint as a golf professional— with Serta Hospitality in 2010. Over the years I’ve held senior sales roles with several leading hospitality suppliers, most recently in the role of Senior Director of Sales for Serta Simmons Hospitality.
ROC Hospitality is headquartered in Green Bay, WI, where I reside with my family and brand ambassadors.
Jonathan Woltmann, Senior Project Manager
With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including working with the Marquette Hotel as Director of Rooms and interim General Manager, it has been a pleasure to have contributed to Turner Hospitality Resource’s success over the last decade. I look forward to continuing that journey with the ROC Hospitality team.
